PERSONAL TRAININGOur private workouts give players a chance to receive the one on one attention needed to maximize their workout time. Our staff is able to develop a plan to help players turn their weakness to strength.
In our private workouts players will gain knowledge in all of the key fundamentals including ball-handling, shooting, footwork, defense, and conditioning. Private sessions can be scheduled any day of the week with Coach Segundo or any one of our staff trainers upon availability. |

Youth Class
Speed | Agility | Strength (Ages 6 -11)
Uptempo Athletics has Youth Speed and Agility Classes for athletes ages 6-11 conducted in 60 minute sessions. Our classes are for the serious athlete who wants to be pushed past his/her limits or athlete who is just starting out in sports and wants to keep active.
Our class are designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment. This program places a high priority on running technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. These are vital in establishing a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, increased speed, better agility and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.
