We offer full-day basketball clinics on most major school holidays, giving young athletes a full day of learning, movement, and fun. Players will build a strong foundation in essential basketball fundamentals while also participating in age-appropriate strength and conditioning, speed and quickness drills, plyometrics, and balance training that support healthy athletic development. Keep your child active and engaged during extended school breaks with our Full Week Basketball Camps, offered Monday through Friday. Throughout the week, players receive consistent opportunities to grow their basketball skills and game knowledge, supported by structured workouts and age-appropriate athletic training designed to develop the complete young athlete. Our Uptempo Facility is available for rental and equipped to host basketball, volleyball, or small events. Groups can reserve the court, use our versatile weight room, or book the space as a dedicated training environment. 2026 SUMMER KEIKI LEAGUE


Our Keiki League creates a safe, fun, and exciting environment where young players can learn, grow, and compete. Whether they’re brand new to the game or ready for the next challenge, our Beginner and Novice divisions give athletes valuable live-game experience while building confidence and foundational skills. Every team is coached by our trained Uptempo coaches & staff, so families can enjoy the season without the to volunteer.

​Developing the total athlete involves a careful balance and combination of age appropriate strength training, power development, speed training and skill development. Limitations in any of these areas can prevent the athlete from reaching their full athletic potential.
