Developing the total athlete involves a careful balance and combination of age appropriate strength training, power development, speed training and skill development. Limitations in any of these areas can prevent the athlete from reaching their full athletic potential.

Youth Class
Speed | Agility | Strength (Ages 7-11)
Uptempo Athletics has Youth Speed and Agility Classes for athletes ages 7-11 conducted in 60 minute sessions. Our classes are for the serious athlete who wants to be pushed past his/her limits or athlete who is just starting out in sports and wants to keep active.
Our class are designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment. This program places a high priority on running technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. These are vital in establishing a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, increased speed, better agility and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.
